The things people ask most about how Atlas works, what it uses, and what it costs.

Is Job Atlas free right now?

Yes. While Atlas is in early access the full product is free — no card and no trial clock. Paid Pro and Campus plans are planned, and you will see exactly what they add before anything changes.

Is Atlas only for India?

Atlas is India-first at launch: roles from major Indian boards, startup listings, internships, and company data. The architecture keeps sources, regions, and providers swappable, so coverage can expand without a rebuild.

How is the match score calculated?

Every match decomposes into drivers — skill coverage, seniority fit, company score, posting freshness, location, and the role bar. It is expert-weighted feature math you can open up and inspect, not a single opaque percentage.

What data do you use, and how?

Resumes, GitHub evidence, LinkedIn data, job posts, companies, contacts, and inbox-detected replies become structured signals that power scoring. GitHub and Gmail connect only with your permission, and access tokens are stored encrypted.

Does Atlas auto-apply for me?

Auto-apply is tiered and stays under your control — you choose where it runs and you can keep a human in the loop. It is built to assist the search, not to spray applications on your behalf.

Will my data train models shown to other users?

Applications and outcomes are logged so ranking improves over time, but learning is done without exposing your private context to anyone else. You can export or delete your data at any time.

How do I get started?

Create an account, add your resume and target roles, and connect GitHub or Gmail if you want richer signals. You will see your candidate strength and first matches right away.
